TIVERTON — At noon on Sunday, Jan. 1, at Grinnell’s Beach in Tiverton the Tiverton Yacht Club is sponsoring the town’s first New Year Day’s Penguin Plunge in recent memory. It’s a fund-raiser for the new town library. All donations will benefit the Library Building Fund. All are welcome.
